Wine Gums and nails.

You're probably thinking what the hell is this girl going on about but trust me on this one.
There are countless amounts of the food supplements we can take to help our nails grow and strengthen them, but I can guarantee you they are no longer needed.

Wine gums contain Gelitine which is made primarily from fish bones.
Gelitine is fantastic for your nails helping them to grow quicker and stronger. I've never had a problem with my nails growing but they have always been brittle and broken easily. Since eating 2 or 3 wine gums a day I have noticed a huge change in my nails and they no longer break.

Wine gums are also great because they contain a next to nothing amount of fat meaning they are not bad for you and will not affect any diets you may be on. For 50p a packet I would defiantly give them a go to help your nails out. They defiantly give a £30 box of nail strengthing tablets a run for their money.
