The £1 beauty Box!!

I recently stumbled upon a video on youtube about the £1 Beauty Box and to be honest I wasn't sold on the idea. The concept being that you choose 3 sample size products send them a text and then enter a code that they reply with to order.

Seeing as it was only £1 (and chistmas) I decided it couldn'y hurt. I sent the text, typed the code in and and I was away. I ordered...

- The Doctor Brand Blemish Relife Kit
This came in 3 small sachets containing about 1.7ml of product in. The product has done nothing to my skin. However the size of the sample dosen't really allow you form an opinion.

- Sasy n Savy Rose Lavender Hand n Nail Repair Creme
A 5ml tube of this product was given. A full size 100ml tube of this retails at $25. A nice sample to recive, smells nice and mosturises well. Overall pretty average.

- moa The green balm
Undoubablt this product alone is worth the £1. Link here. Moisturising, handy container, good amout of prosuct. Needless to say I will be purchasing the full size product.

For £1 with no postage costs I will be contuning this every month, espically if I find more gems like the moa green balm. Here's the website Link!

On the website you can buy slightly larger sample products for a few pounds. I brought 3 so I would be entitled to the free postage, surpisingly the products I was reculant to buy turned out to be best!

There we high expectation when it came to the Mirenesse Secret Weapon Mascara, it's won 7 awards and I've read hundreds of postive reviews. I paid £4 for this sample and it was a good size. I can understand why so many people love this product but it wasn't for me. I like fanned defined lashes and this gave me thick clumply lashes. For the price though I cannot complain. The full size product retails at £19.95.

The second product I ordered Was the Murad Oil-Control Mattfier SPF15. I brought this product for the sake of it and it's alright, keeps me shine free and my skin feels fairly hydrated. Nothing to really rave about. I paid £3 for the sample and I think the full size product is arounf the £10 mark.

This is where the post gets exciting! I ordered the Mirenesse Velvet Lip Shine in Cabana Tan. Link here. I paid £4 for the sample which is pricey considering the full size product is £6. But WOW this stuff is amazing. Pulumps you rlips without that unbearable sting, lasts for hours (literally) and is a 'your lips but better colour' I have too many good thing sto say about this product. Will Definatly be repurchaing this is!

The customer service on this website is good and my orders arrive in 2 days. The products I recived were good and I have been pleasantly surpised by a few.
My GlossyBox is on it's way so I will be posting on that (fingers crossed on a full sized product ;p)
