The Crash Diet

First things first, I am fully aware that crash dieting isn't healthy but put yourself in my shoes... I've gained half a ston ein 2 weeks, SAYWHAAT?!

So by no means is this healthy but hey ho!



Here's a break down of the diet, invented buy yours truley. I did this diet about a year ago and watch the pounds literally fall off!

Breakfast: Handfull of shreddies and lots of milk, along with 500ml of warm water.

Lunch: 9 Bar (pictured above)
These are enegy bars made out of seeds, they're not particually yummy but the taste really does grow on you. When on the diet I nibble on of these a day and they replace lunch and mid day snacks.
Although they are energy bars beause everything is them in organic and vegan they burn off pretty quickly while still giving you the energy that you need!

Dinner: I usually eat a normal balanced dinner, without dessert mind!
I also try to drink atleast 1/5litres per day along with a smoothies which will contain about 3-4 of my 5 a day.

My exercise throught the day is pretty hetic, I walk for about a hour per day (to and from school)
I also dance for about 2 hours everyday, and will do some kind of weights work.
I also may go for a jog but that varies from day to day!

I will keep you updated on how much I lose, and any effects I notice! sorry for the lack/boringness of posts, I have so many exam and work at school with my GCSE's it's all getting at bit hetic!
