The class of 07 - 2012

Hey dolls so on monday I had my prom...
Prior to the prom, everygirl in my school was in fully pamering mode, spray tans, nails, hair, makeup. You name it we were on it!
However me being me I had a d.i.a.s.t.e.r and got terrible sunburn, 2 weeks later there is still a touch on sunburn roaring on my arms. Undoubtably I was stressing, I think that may even be an understatment. i was red raw, and my skin was peeling and cracking arghhh! Although luckilyI managed to get it mostly covered... A bottle of bb cream, foundation and pan of bronzer later ;)

The prom was fanstic, we arrived in a VW camper and had photos with our dates and drink, after the sit down meal there was a funny awards type affair, and then we were left to set lose on the candy table, photo booth and chocolate fountain.
We were also given a disposable camerea, I'm an super excited from when my prints arrive!

It was sucha fun evening, I spent the night dancing away with old friends that I had drifted from which was lovely.

I wore a dress that my mum had actually made. It had detachable straps which was useful when the partying really began and I whipped them on. I also loved it because it was so plain and diffrent to any other that anyone else was wearing that evening.

My hair peice and necklace both have been feautured in past hauls... I think and my shoes were in the barrats sale. Talk about prom on a budget I think everything in total came to about £60 which is a bargain considering some peoples hair appointments cost double that!

Make up:

Foundation - Bourjoirs Healthy Mix
Bronzer - Bourjoirs
Blusher - Blink n Go
High lighter - High Beam Benefit
Eyebrows - Nothing! They were tinted by myself to perfection
Eyeliner - Rimmles liquid one
Eyeshadow - MUA heavan and earth palette
Eyelashes - Eyelure indivudals
Mascara - Bad gal benefit
Lipstick - MUA the red one

I didn't set my make up, instead I used nanoblur which photographs beautifully, it is also a great mattifyer.

My nails were painted red with a no7 polish, and my hair was lightly curled although that went to pot when it started raining!

Enough of my blabbling, lastly I would to thank mollie and amy for organising the prom, it was perfect and won't be a night any of us will be forgetting.

xxxx
