I've finally got round to doing this review and to be honest I feel a ting bit guilty about it. Basically I was planning on getting this review all sorted and up today, but I was not planning on having a HUGE breakout on my cheek and to be honest I was really not feeling like beaming into a camera.
So for now you've got a hand type swatch type thing haha.
I first tried this foundation 2 weeks ago. I had received a sample in a magazine and slapped the contents on while having a lazy Sunday expecting a greasy, cakey looking result that would stick to dry patches. But how wrong I was, at closer inspection in the mirror I have been left with a matt skin like veil. It was unbelievable, seriously I cannot rave about this enough.
First off it's replaced my revlon colourstay (for the meantime) It offers the same amount of coverage while not feeling like you have anything on your skin. I have not tested yet how it photographs, however it doesn't promise much due to the spf 20.
The packaging promises a to prime and conceal as well as being a foundation, although it does offer great coverage I wouldn't really say it conceals, and the primer bit hmmm, it does stay on a stay matt but I use a deeper colour foundation to match it with my fake tan and often suffer with a white ring around my lips so it doesn't really stay...
As you can see it is truly beautiful. The only downfall in my eyes is the colour range, all the colours have a pink undertone which took terrible on my skin! Hence why I can see myself going back to revlon colourstay and my bourjois healthy mix when opting for a drugstore foundation as they suit my skin tone a millions times more.
Overall I would encourage you to try this, it hasn't broken me out and offers a beautiful finish for a reasonable price of around £8. I will try and get pictures up ASAP.
