Hey dolls, so this month a handful of magazines are giving away some great sample sized products.
Last night while returning home after my towns yearly firework display I drop by the local shop and picked up 3... In Style, Marie Claire & Glamour
Marie Claire are giving away a L'occitane hand cream which I was super excited to try. I have been needing to purchase a new hand cream for a while and was compemplating buying the full size of this without even trying it. My verdit... Love it! The scent is divine and it's so moisturising without leaving a greasy film over your hands. 10/10
In Style are giving away 3 different Benefit samples much like Glamour have done in the past. There is a choice of Benetint, Sunbeam and Cha Chatint which I picked up. Cha Chatint is very much like Posietint and has the same thicker consistency unlike the wateryness of Benetint. The colour is nice and is basically a coral. It's defiantly more of a summery colour and I can't say that I'll be purchasing this full size.
**will be going back and picking up Sun Beam to review for you guys.
Lastly Glamour have Nails Inc in this month. There is a choice of 4 colours, 2 gilttery and 2 not/
I picked up this pale pink in Elizabeth Street. It's such a pretty colour however you need at least 3 coats to get a alright colour pay off. I am considering going back and picking up the darker shade to see how that compares on the pigmentation level.
Furthermore one of the magazines (can't remember which one for the life of me) also contains a sample pack of TRESeme's Split End Remedy. They're 3 10ml samples, shampoo, conditioner and a leave in treatment. I'm intrigued to try these as they sound pretty gimmicky if you ask me.
That's all from me. There won't be too many posts coming at you this month. I have begum Christmas shopping which is draining the amount of disposable money I have to waste on makeup ;)
I have though purchased a couple of clothes though with I will do a post on although clothing isn't exactly my thing. However hopefully by beauty posts will pick up again by the end of the month.
I also thought I'd mention the MUA Cream blush that I mentioned in my last post. I have still not managed to bland it without dragging the rest of my makeup along with it. However I have found that it's a lovely light lip colour, and dabbing it over a bit of lip balm it looks truly beautiful, making your lips look naturally full, lush and colourful.
