I've been holding out on doing a blog post until I can get my next haul up, however I'm dying to write a post up on here so here we are.
While painting my nails with the varnish that I'm featuring in this post I began to think about what products I could not do without in my makeup collection. A managed to whittle the products down to 8...
MaxFactor Facefinity All Day Flawless Foundation
I have a whole blog post on this foundation where I rant and rave about my love for it, and I do. Although I no longer wear this as my everyday foundation due to the shade being far too warm It has pride of place as my under eye concealer. Because the colour is so pink it corrects and conceals my under eye circles pretty darn well.
Revlon Colour Stay - Oily to combination skin
I bang on about this all the time, if you're a regular reading of my blog you'll know I do not have enough good things to say about it. Rather than go into a deep description of the product I will just leave you with a strong recommendation to buy it.
Collections Lasting perfection Concealer
This is most probably the most hyped product within the blogging and youtube makeup community. Despite it being dirt cheap it covers blemishes, redness and all other nastys perfectly. The only downside is the pooey colour range of 4!
MUA Lipstick Shade 13?
This lipstick is a sheer bubble gum pink. I have a feeling that it is now a diffrent shade number. Like all of the products in this post it's been mentioned numerous times before. It has a blue undertone therefor making your teeth look extremely white.
Miss Sporty Dr Balm 02
Similar to the MUA lipstick this is balm alternative offering a plump look to the lips and a teeniest tint of colour. It is slightly more than the MUA around the £2 price point.
Rimmel Stay Glossy Eternal Flirt
I am yet to find someone who dislikes this lip gloss and I'm also yet to find a hair colour, makeup look or outfit that doesn't look good with this gloss. It's lightweight, and non stickyness is a winner all round.
Barry M's Blusher - BL 2
This a a matte, fluorescent pink with a blue undertone. Scary right?
For the past year now this has been my everyday go to blush, needless to say you cannot be heavy handed with it, but treat it right and it will do you good.
Maybelline Colorshow - Wine Shimmer
If I had to chose one nail polish to use for the rest of my life this would be it. It's name describes it perfectly as a wine shimmer. The multi dimensional colour is truly stunning adding a chic twist to a sophisticated colour. The wear of the polish is sensational, lasting for at least a week with no fading.
That's all for this post. I cannot recommend any of the products mentioned enough and will remain staples in my makeup for as long as I can imagine. Alanya xxxx
